Hey, kids! Remember back in April, when we told you about a cool little gig called the Sabroso Festival, which featured beer, tacos, lucha libre wrestling, and great rock music? Well, next month, some of the same producers will be putting on a similar music festival over in Huntington Beach. Take Sabroso, subtract tacos and wrestling, but keep the rock and beer (and I'm sure there will be other gourmet food offerings), and you have the Punk 'n' Brew Festival, presented by KLOS 95.5, Fat Mike, and Punk in Drublic.

This festival is part of a series that will make stops in Tacoma, Washington; Boise, Idaho; Phoenix, Arizona; Sacramento; San Diego; and the Bay Area. Similar to Sabroso Fest, event attendees will receive complimentary beer tastings from local craft breweries until 4pm, upon which alcohol becomes a pay-for amenity. VIP ticket purchasers can enter at noon, an hour ahead of everyone else. The general public gains admission starting at 1:00pm.
Sabroso Festival was lot of fun, and this looks like something very much in the same vein. If you're free the last Saturday of October and aren't looking for something spooky to do, go check this out!

The show will feature performances from co-headliners NOFX and Bad Religion, along with Me First And The Gimme Gimmes, Goldfinger, Strung Out, Ignite, The Dickies, D.I., and more performing at Bolsa Chica State Beach as the waves of the Pacific Ocean crash on the nearby shore.
Created from the mind and liver of NOFX's frontman Fat Mike, Punk 'N Brew is the Southern California stop of Fat Mike's touring P.I.D. Craft Beer & Music Festival, which features the best in punk rock music and regional craft beer.
Fat Mike teamed up with craft beer pioneers Stone Brewing to brew their very own Stone & NOFX Punk in Drublic Hoppy Lager, which will be available in cans only in the festival markets. This collaboration is a huge show of support by Stone, as it marks the first time ever that Stone has worked with a musician for a can release. They've even included the festival tour dates on the back of each can. This is a first-of-its-kind level of commitment from a brewery partner for a festival tour.
Tickets for Punk 'N Brew Craft Beer & Music Festival go on sale Thursday, August 31 at 10:00 AM PT and start at $49 + fee for General Admission. There will be three VIP ticket options (listed below). The VIP SeaLegs Live Lounge will feature a private performance by Guttermouth, as well as comedy acts during main stage band set changes.

Punk 'N Brew is open to those 21 years old and up. During VIP early entry tastings (from Noon - 4:00 PM), and general admission tastings (from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM), attendees will enjoy unlimited craft beer tastings with over 100 craft beers, including some of the West Coast's best and local favorites, plus access to watch the music stage.
